Efficient office spaces with auxiliary service areas for individual offices and a Vastu compliant design. The site is located in Wagle Estate, a rapidly developing sector in Thane, directly accessible from Road No. 16, one of the busiest nodes in the area. Considering the ease of access, high visibility and prime location of the site, it was necessary that the development be unique and highly marketable. The compulsion of including Vastu principles within the design posed a challenge, especially in the zoning of the auxiliary service zones.
The design has evolved through a highly interactive process in partnership between the owners, architects, landscape planners and infrastructure engineers. Different elements were seamlessly merged together to obtain the desired end product. The outdoor landscaped cafeteria is testimony to the conscious effort on the part of the design team to create a wholesome environment for the end user.
The efforts have successfully culminated in a result that is beneficial to the client in terms of cost and saleability, and is appealing to the end user with respect to quality of space and usability.
