Using the Client’s standard Data Centre block modules, the campus was planned to facilitate optimum and feasible plot utilisation that would facilitate phased development.

The challenge here was to locate the large Data Centre module footprints on a heavily contoured site by careful analysis of the adjoining road levels, natural water flows and the rock formations/ clusters with the plot. The requirement for a phased development meant that the basic site infrastructure for the overall development had to be planned and executed carefully on day one so as to not get affected by the construction works of future phases.
