The client brief for this project was to accommodate their different standard DC modules on the 43 acre heavily contoured plot to achieve an overall campus capacity of minimum 300MW. The plot was to be designed to house a combination of Hyperscalar as well as Co-location Data Centre modules to allow the client the flexibility to accommodate different end users within the same campus. The design was also required to allow for a phase-wise construction, in a way that the construction did not affect the operational Data Centres.
