Architect & Interiors India spoke to Baskaran Kolathu, Vertical Head, Hospitality Architecture, Edifice Consultants Pvt Ltd, about our project -Taj, Rishikesh. 

In the '60 second interview', while discussing the various interventions at Taj, Baskaran talked about the design of the social spaces at the resort. He said, "Taj is an exclusive getaway for the explorers. The spaces for socializing have been placed at the highest point on the site which render unmatched panoramic views of the river as it turns–  a place of relaxation and repose, suspended in mid-air added with the soulful sounds of the river rapids."
