We’re delighted to share that Sanjay Nayak (Director - ECPL) hosted a guided tour for young design enthusiasts to the JSW Group Mansion for the Three Flaneurs Mumbai Architecture Open in association with the Urban Design & Architecture Section of the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.

The story of the Conservation and Adaptive ReUse processes of the six-storey heritage structure was indeed edifying and exciting to be told and to be heard.

                                                                                                                                                                          

The six-storey structure houses the corporate offices for the Jindal Group in a timeless setting that marries contemporary art with vintage design – the result of rigorous Adaptive ReUse to enliven the heritage building and equip it with facilities to cater to a modern workforce.
